Did espn low ball the Pac-12? Sure they did.

The Pac-12 is currently gasping for air, TV money wise. That's why they want to sell 10% interest in the conference for $750 million.

Pac-12 knows that, espn knows that.

What we don't know is, and therefore don't know how big a fool the Pac-12 actually is, what did espn actually offer the Pac-12. Obviously, if the offer is less than AAC got, then yes, we all know why the Pac-12 said no.

However, if espn offered a lot more than the AAC, but much less than the ACC, but the PAC-12 turned it down, then the Pac-12 may be a little delusional.

Pac-12 doesn't have a lot to sell.
